Which lop is which
The three lops share the ears and very little else. Size decides most of it: how much floor you need, how the rabbit takes to being lifted, and how long it lives.

What makes a rabbit a lop
A lop is any rabbit whose ears hang down beside its face instead of standing up. It is a trait several breeds share rather than a breed of its own, which is why a search for lop bunnies for sale turns up rabbits from two pounds to well over ten. The ears tell you nothing about size, so choose the breed first and the colour after.
Looking for a Dutch Lop?
There is no breed called the Dutch Lop. People who search for one nearly always mean the Holland Lop, which was first developed in the Netherlands. The Dutch is a separate breed with upright ears and a two-colour coat.

Getting your lop home
Collection in Bakersfield is free and needs no deposit. Everywhere else, your rabbit is driven to you in a climate-controlled vehicle the whole way, never flown and never shipped as cargo. A deposit applies only if you want one held for a later date.
