Summer humidity is the thing to plan around. We travel overnight through the warmer months and keep the vehicle cool the whole way.

Rabbits handle cold far better than heat. Above roughly 85°F we travel overnight, and we will move a delivery by a day rather than take a rabbit through a heat advisory or a snowstorm. Nobody has ever complained about that once it is explained.
