Chicago winters bring lake-effect snow that can stop a route for a day. We watch the forecast and move the date rather than push through it.

Rabbits handle cold far better than heat. Above roughly 85°F we travel overnight, and we will move a delivery by a day rather than take a rabbit through a heat advisory or a snowstorm. Nobody has ever complained about that once it is explained.
